Returns Policy
Barre Definition accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items in new condition within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund less the cost of the original shipping rate and a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for creating their own return shipping labels.
Please send us a message through our Help Center to see if you are eligible for a return. If the item passes the quality assurance once received in the warehouse, you will be issued a refund according to our policy.
For damaged or incorrect items please send a message via our Help Center, include your order number, and 2-3 photos of the damages or incorrect item.
Exchange Policy
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Please use the size chart provided to make sure you purchase the correct size. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the products before purchasing.
